The challenge I see with so many articles and comments is that they are ideological with no practical implementation.
In the technology industry, you are proposing a sunny day solution assuming all goes well.
The only meaningful plan is one that is a rainy day solution - i.e. takes into account extreme ideology. The history of humanity proves that is the only rationale recourse.
Its the reason the US has the strongest military in the world. Its the only rationale recourse to the existence of extreme ideology. Its the reason "defund the police" was doomed. It didn't take into account the extremely ideology that assumes shoplifting is justified.
Bad think is the reason the war in the middle east happened. The US was part of that bad think by suggesting that a two-state solution will address the extreme ideology on both the Israeli and Palestine sides.
Good walls are the only way to make good neighbors with Israel and the middle east unless you decide that Israel cannot exist especially as a Jewish state. The Jews have always planned based on extreme ideologies. They have millennia of experience to prove that is the only way to protect themselves.
I think we're pretty far away from my original comment now. We'll just have to agree to disagree that multiculturalism has "failed" (if we even disagree).
You can't change the "ideology" people believe.
